Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING – All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and includes carrier insurance. Shipping can take more than 7 days depending on where it’s being shipped to. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any errors or any extra shipping charges.
RETURNS – All jewelry items are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase so if there’s an issue with the item (i.e. solder seam opens), please let me know within 2 days of receiving it. The item will need to be unworn to be considered and in original condition and packaging. We will assess the item and, if approved, we will replace /repair within 30 days of purchase.
